She is 6 months old. I’ve trained many large dogs on leash. I use positive reinforcement with dog treats and never keep them on task longer than 10 minutes at a time. I know Boxers have sensitive tracheae and not to use a choker, and that they burn. Anything else?
OK, I want to be an RSPCA inspector, but the problem is I am terrified of boxers, because one attacked me a few years back and to be honest, if I hadn’t have moved my neck, I probably wouldn’t be here now, because it jumped up at me and his teeth were so close to me. Since then, I have been terrified when I see dogs loose on leads with noone around and of boxers. How do I overcome this fear?
